2025 Worcester Preservation Awards Nomination

The Worcester Historical Commission, in partnership with Preservation Worcester, has established an annual awards program to recognize outstanding restoration, renovation and development projects that foster historic preservation in the City.

Submission Deadline - April 18, 2025

Eligibility & Review:

Nominated projects must have been completed in the last three years for the Residential Rehabilitation, Commercial Rehabilitation, Compatible Construction, Merit and Compatible Construction Award.
Properties must be located in the City of Worcester.
Self-nominated projects are encouraged.
Additional materials may be requested.
All projects will be evaluated based on the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
The jury will be comprised of representatives from the board of Preservation Worcester and the Worcester Historical Commission.
